Kathryn Whitney is involved in a number of ongoing collaborative projects, including giving masterclasses, lectures and lecture-recitals, adjudicating, teaching (both academic and practical music) undertaking research, touring and other music project development in both the UK and Canada.

Kathryn is committed to promoting classical music to both metropolitan and rural audiences, winning support from the National Rural Touring Council of Britain, the Canada Council for the Arts, the British Columbia Touring Council and the Organisation of Saskatchewan Arts Councils for her work in this area.
